Princesa de Peñasco is an amazing place to stay in Rocky Point! From the moment you arrive, the friendly staff makes you feel welcome, ensuring a smooth check-in and a great experience throughout your stay. The cantina and bar are definitely highlights! The food is delicious, with fresh flavors that hit the spot after a long day at the beach or poolside. The bartenders are fantastic, always ready with a great drink and a smile. Speaking of the pool, it’s a perfect spot to relax—clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by beautiful views. The only downside was that the workout room was always closed due to HOA meetings, which was a bit frustrating. Hopefully, that gets resolved in the future. Overall, Princesa de Peñasco is a fantastic place for a beach getaway, with great amenities, an inviting atmosphere, and top-notch service. I’ll definitely be back!
It's one of my all-time favorites for vacation. The water entrance is sandy. The beach umbrellas and beach chairs are comfortably set by the water. Two big pools, one with wet bar. Everything is in big lush,green yard with barbecues,gym,sand volleyball .
This is a popular Airbnb resort, but it is very much like a luxury resort hotel. Staff (security, grounds, housekeeping) are everywhere. Grounds are immaculate. Pool furniture wiped down every morning (by an amazingly efficient and hard-working employee). And, I felt safer at Princesa than many places that I've stayed in North America or Europe. Princesa is right on a sandy, uncrowded beach. In fact, during the days of my stay, there were more vendors (hats, sunglasses, snacks) than guests. Town (restaurants, groceries, tourist attractions) are about 10 minutes away by car or taxi. Close enough to walk (my preference) but not advised because there are no sidewalks and the shoulders are few.
Great place to stay! Great views and also probably one of the most affordable but very decent places to stay. The restaurant food is not good at all but the condos are very spacious and clean. Pools are also always clean, and you have direct access to the beach. Staff is great too!
The Princesa de Peñasco is a wonderful place to relax. Whether you rent a condo or use the resort services, the experience is great. The view is stunning, and I really appreciate that it’s both pet-friendly and smoke-free.
This place is amazing. Might not be one of the newest resorts but it is kids friendly, very quiet, and beach front. Will definitely book again
